You can always contact I'm A Webel! to make changes to your website. This is especially recommended to keep your site fresh and bring your customers back time and again. I'm A Webel!'s monthly fee includes maintenance for these updates.

Why do you specialize in small business?

Many small businesses begin with minimal funds and a skeleton staff.  I enjoy working with small businesses and providing them with an effective web presence to increase their chance of being successful, whether they want to remain a small company or move it up to the next level.  I enjoy helping people, particularly those who want to succeed.

Do I have to host with you?

Yes.  In order to offer low-cost web design, your site must be hosted by our chosen web host.  If you already have a host, your domain will be transferred to our provider.

What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept? Do I need to send a deposit for the work? What is your refund policy?

For I'm A Webel! to get started on your custom built website, you must make full payment up front.  We accept payment through any of the major credit cards via PayPal, or if meeting in person, we accept cash or check.  If payment is made with a check, design of your website will not commence until the check clears the bank.

I'm A Webel! has always prided itself on customer satisfaction. So if an issue arises with the design of your site, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the final project.

What is your privacy policy?

Privacy and information security remains one of the number one concerns on the Internet today.  We will never sell or share your personal information to any third-party company without your express consent and knowledge.

I would like you to design my site.  What do I need, what is the process?

Fantastic!  The first step is to contact us and then you will be contacted by a member of our design team and we'll begin the process of establishing your web presence!

What do I need at the time I sign up?

To ensure that your website is exactly what you want, we will need your logo, images, and text.  We also need to know what you would like your website to look like.  Please keep in mind that the quicker you provide us with this information, the faster we will be able to complete your site.

How long will it take for my design to be completed?

All websites have a scheduled time for release and may vary based on complexity.  These schedules are attainable provided you have all the text, logos, and images available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner. We take pride in the fact that up until now, none of our projects have taken us longer than two weeks to complete (may be less based on complexity).

What makes you different from hundreds of other website designers out there?

I'm A Webel! specializes in designing sites for companies who have no web presence or ineffective web presence and are on a small budget.  With excellent design and administrative skills, along with the desire to help people, I'm A Webel! is more apt to understand your needs and provide you with exceptional services without climbing deep into your pockets.

Is a revision one change, or a list of changes?

You are allotted three revisions for your site during the design phase.  Once you are presented with a design for review, it is your responsibility to provide a list of changes and requests.  This counts as one revision, so it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your web site the way YOU want it.  You and your input are an integral part of the design process and we can't build your site without it!

How do I get listed in Google and other search engines?

One of the many valuable features we provide is Search Engine Optimization (SEO).  Key words will be included on each page of your site so that when people search for your services, you'll pop up within the search list.  Please note that the listing can take between one and four weeks and is subject to the rules and regulations of the specific search engine.
